GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :

The Product Quality Specialist is responsible for managing after-sales quality processes for Ulthera devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. This role focuses on complaint handling, root cause investigation, predictive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Investigate product defects and gather evidence for complaint system entry.
  • Coordinate with customers to validate defect information and ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate and follow up with HQ and cross-functional teams on investigation cases.
  • Maintain accurate data records for monthly reporting and predictive analysis.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports and trend analysis to supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Support field service engineers with quality inspections and customer interactions as needed.
  • Lead communication across departments to resolve customer issues and drive service improvements.
  • Educate internal teams and customers on product compensation processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, implement, and document process improvements.
  • Ensure customer incidents and requests are handled according to agreed guidelines.
  • Complete all documentation related to service and product compensation processes.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Data Analysis certification (preferred)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in:
    • Data management and reporting
    • Cross-department coordination
    • Overseas / international communication
  • Experience in the medical device industry (preferred)
  • Exposure to inventory operations and basic acc

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to manage and interpret data accurately with high attention to detail

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Work Management Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
